HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you’re bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
Never worry about parking during your stay! There’s ample space for up to three cars to easily fit on the left side of the cabin, ensuring convenience for you and your guests. We kindly ask that you please refrain from parking in the neighbors’ spots to maintain good relationships within the community. Enjoy your getaway with the peace of mind that parking is one less thing to think about!

SECURITY FEATURES
To enhance the safety of our guests, we’ve recently installed a new pool alarm, meeting the latest safety requirements for pool cabins. This is in addition to the other security features we have in place, which include several locks, loud audible alarms that are simple to activate, and an exterior security camera to ensure peace of mind during your stay. These measures are specifically designed to prevent children from accessing the pool without supervision.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this cabin offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. Enjoy the serene surroundings, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Despite the tranquility, you’ll find a variety of nearby activities to keep your days filled with adventure. We kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors by avoiding loud or large parties. Please treat the neighbors as you would if you lived here, fostering a peaceful environment for everyone

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We’re always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
